I like the looks, features & performance of this particular laptop (Studio XPS 13), according to CNET reviews it has a poor battery life and other cons, as do a majority of laptops. (Plan to upgrade to 9cell Batteries)

My friend bought one of these and he is near obsesession with it!

The only problem is the 128Gb SSD dramatically adds on another $640! Which goes over my price limit of $2500. (SSD functions better than HDD)

Are there any other recommendations for laptops ranging <$2500? (Perfomance, portabiliy and looks )

Thanks,

firstly... why do you need an SSD? they are expensive and are only meant to be used for gaming and other high end processor intensive work.

well i can suggest
