Video Capture for Vista

I have recently invested in upgrading to Windows Vista 32 bit computer with a 22 inch widescreen. And I need some sought of a video capture program so I can record my doing for presetations.

So I am wondering if there is any program that is able to perform to my computers standards because if have already tried the ones on the website and they don't work.

There is a program that comes with windows Vista call Windows Media Encoder. Open that and in the wizard click on Capture Screen
