Video Capture

Hey all,

As the subject states, im looking to capture video, mainle from my Xbox 360. Probably been a thread done numerous times, but i'm not looking for a free way to do so or a Standard Definition way of doing so. I'm looking for a capture card, preferably external, that will take composite cables to ensure HD video. I've seen this item, BlitzBox HD,

Seems to look like what i'm after. Has anybody heard of this item, or similar items that would meet my needs?
Also, i'm using a MAC to edit video. So the capture card will need to be MAC compatible, and any suggestions on video editing software? Thinking about Apple "Final Cut Studio 2".
