Confused - camcorders - which one?

I am looking at buy a camcorder and am totally confused as to which model is best.

I want easy to use and of course good quality images from it and I need to burn the filming to a DVD. Also a large screen would be great - my eyes are not as young as they used to be.

Camcorder Guru suggested the The JVC GZ-MG465, which sounds good -not sure on price though.
