Canon Camera DC310 41x advanced zoom

Hi
First time join a forum. I bought this camcorder and used it once, was able to finalize,transfer videos to a friends computer and able to view, burn to DVD, now having trouble to view on a vista pc. The mini disks said full so tried to finalize it doesnt finalized and I accidentally initialised and have deleted all videos, would I be able to get my videos back.
Please help.
