Unable to get ADSL. Please Help

Hi. I live in a unit and have been unable to get ADSL because my landline is on a pair gain system which is understandable since I'm in a unit. Anyway I was wondering if it is possible to obtain ADSL on the pair gain system or switch my landline to a non pair gain system so I may obtain ADSL. I've decided not to go with wireless as it is too slow for my needs.

It's a bit more difficult than just swapping over your line, it's an infrastructure issue that would affect other people too.
